Decided to finally start delving into the world of anime and have been listing a few titles that I've found interesting, if anyone has any recommendations I'll be glad to note them. Here's the list so far:

It looks like you only want the action genre and nothing to do with school,comedy,romance

Here’s a few masterpieces I would recommend:
Hajime no Ippo - the best boxing anime and arguably the best shounen

Berserk (1997) or Berserk movie Trilogy (DO NOT WATCH Berserk 2016 or 2017) - it’s pretty much the game of thrones of anime/manga


If you like history,action, and dark fantasy then watch Fate/Stay Night - Unlimited Blade Works (2014) and Fate/Zero

Mobile Suit gundam : Iron Blooded Orphans as well

I also wouldn’t recommend Dragonball/ Dragonball Z because it’s really slow and the story is pretty meh

I've mostly picked them cause a fair few of them have been referenced in games and such and I simply want to understand those references tbh

Would Recommend: NGE, Cowbow Bepop and Kill La Kill.

Every other anime I watched wasn't really worth it.
