- treat women with respect

- shower 1 - 2 times daily , preferably with cold/freezing water

- respect the elderly

- cut your hair at least once a week

- work hard and put others first

- brush your teeth as often as possible

- no fap no internet no videogames

- keep your room/appartment clean

- support and stand for the LGBTQIA+ Community and its values

- Keep your male privilige in check
