going through my old google drive account and found a document which i sent to my 1st employer about my old boss and his behaviour towards me. This was 10 years ago now - i have autism, adhd and dypsraxia. Of course, nothing was done and as I've been so used to bullying my entire life, it took me 12 months to realise this paki's behaviour towards me was bullying, not 'pull up your bootstraps' advice as i thought and he positioned it:

1. -Ali was very erratic with his behavior towards me. He usually initiated confrontations when the office was empty ie. friday afternoons after Alistair left the office. For example, one friday afternoon after lunch, he questioned my character and worth. Inquiring into why I am so complicated to work with such as not listening, mispelling words. The conversations usually continued, stating my accomplishments at the company were all luck. Saying I got lucky on calls, the projects I handled required no skill and that I was selfish for being bad at my job.
2. -All of the comments were personal, he made assumptions that I was homosexcual because I did not have a girlfriend, said Ie emiitted an awkward energy to people n the office, said I was the most insecrure, easy to read person. Made me feel stupid and inadequate. He done this through catching me off guard
3. -He manipulated me by always saying that U needed someone in my life who needs to constantly ‘break my balls’. He supplemented his confrontations by saiyinga he was doing me a favour by being aggressive, personal and he alwats told me to man up and don’t feel sorry for myself.
4. -Mixed signals-somedays he would be very nice and charming to me. It was like he wanted to prepare me for an onslaught.
5. -Fascination with white women / how before he married, he fucked many white women.

My dad advised me at the time to 'let it go' so i did. 10 years on, Ali had a nice lfie with kids, proceeded with a new job, good salary in the jewuk and i'm here rotting with some corona to cheer me up. Happy sunday folks!

every manipulator/abuser in a nutshell, the main factor here is that it was a jeetpak.
believe it or not i've gotten plenty of this behavior even from close family.

thanks man and yep - obviously in england, there's a huge problem with paki's - they've abused over 1m white children (but media purge / silence people on this). All the best to you man

yep - my new rule. If i ever get another bad manager, i'm going to document it, record it and threaten them and use violence if neccesary as I can handle myself. But never happening again and willing to quit any job. luckily my living expesnes are low so can work any job and make due. Life's hard.
