Muslimcels how did Ramadan go?

If you're in a muslim country it must be bearable but if you live in the west isn't it suifuel seeing all the ppl enjoying their lunch or breakfast while you have to fast until the sun is down? Also how does Ramadan work in countries like Norway or Sweden where in some parts of the country there it's not dark even at midnight, can you break the rules in that case?
