I'm trying to work this angle myself, but I'm dumb, lazy, and untalented so progress is slooooow. Women tend to like musicians - at least if they are moderately successful (ie the audience has to pay attention to you). Being in a place where it's dark and there's lots of booze could work towards my favor too.
Having said all that, it's still predominantly looks. You'll be a more successful musician if you look good, and that will still be the most important factor when it comes to getting laid. But, I have nothing better to do, so it's worth a shot I guess.
