From the promo pics I saw of this anime, I just assumed it was your typical Asian foid wet dream of desiring to be around a European Chad.

I don't consider this shit to be anime; it is a good thing I stopped watching anime years ago. I stick to manga; most of the manga I like was made pre-2010 and pre-2000. Most new things are SHIT.

I also notice a stark difference between the way black and white/asian relationships are treated as opposed to white and Asian relationships in online spaces. I frequent Japanese porn forums and the same things can be seen there - users get up in arms about hating BBC and that the black men are bestial and don't belong in Japanese porn, yet they continuously ask why white men aren't featured in Japanese porn. As most of the users are white, I guess this is understandable. Reveals a certain level of hypocrisy, nonetheless.

I've done a fair amount of research on why black men are allowed in Japanese porn.

It is to do with the "Other". Black men in Japan (worldwide even) are seen as charismatic, low-IQ and well endowed, which is why the impact of seeing such an individual fucking a demure, innocent Japanese woman is so shocking to the Japanese, an interesting contrast. White guys simply do not have this stereotype surrounding them, and instead are actually seen as a threat as Japanese woman actually like the idea of dating a white guy. Black men pose no real threat to Japanese men and thus are allowed in porn (there is an actual market for BBC NTR porn).

One of the largest black porn actors in Japan has recently retired, however, so the genre may die out if the remaining few guys are not able to perform as well as him. If it does, I finally will be able to hear the end of the complaining from white guys about it.

Blacks are very much a niche.
