My father is 55 but acts like a senile old baboon. He doesn't even try to say anything of substance; he frequently just shrieks unintelligble gibberish (not even hyperbolizing) or asks himself repetitive meaningless questions out loud. He's highly narcissistic, so I think part of it might just be him liking to hear himself talk. I personally find his voice annoying as shit though.

He should be euthanized for his own good
