Sincerely, I would ask, why must that be so? Is this a matter of mind therefore a choice, or is this a matter of innate, natural behavior which we engage in?(title)
It's a natural thing. It even happens between organisms in nature.Sincerely, I would ask, why must that be so? Is this a matter of mind therefore a choice, or is this a matter of innate, natural behavior which we engage in?
And why is this so? Also, how can the domain of the beast be compared to the intelligence and domain of man? It's a natural thing. It even happens between organisms in nature.
Humans are still emotionally and socially primitiveAnd why is this so? Also, how can the domain of the beast be compared to the intelligence and domain of man?
This is true and can be proven thus. However, is man bounded by these primitive urges, does man have not the capacity to reason and beyond beastly things become a reasonable, rational being?Humans are still emotionally and socially primitive
This is very true. Learn to be a machiavellian to survive in this world. It's a shitty thing about picking your poison. Would you rather be bullied and mogged by chads, tyrones, and alphas and have them bully you and overpowering you to take all your resources and shit? Or would you rather have a lying manipulative foid/snake/whoever play nice to you and trick you, cheat you, and take your resources in the underhanded way? People are just shitty. If they have power, they use it to take your stuff. If they're smart, they scheme to take your stuff.
Humans have a rather low level of reason, but this cannot be always trusted. It is often times overruled by dogmatism and primitive urges. Data and statistics are often times ignored, as well as philosophies. This is true and can be proven thus. Men are reasoning then reasonable creatures, however I will assert that the current condition we face of civilized brutality is not natural.Humans have a rather low level of reason, but this cannot be always trusted. Indeed, can't argue much against thatMen are reasoning then reasonable creatures, however I will assert that the current condition we face of civilized brutality is not natural.
By the fist or the second?Indeed, can't argue much against that
Wdym ?By the fist or the second?
Which do you agree with, that man is reasoning then reasonable and or that current condition we face of civilized brutality is not natural.Wdym ?
First statement moreWhich do you agree with, that man is reasoning then reasonable and or that current condition we face of civilized brutality is not natural.
Fair enough, what do you think about the second statement?First statement more
Brutality is incredibly natural. Nature is full of pain and suffering, the process of natural selection thrives on pain, suffering and death.Fair enough, what do you think about the second statement?
Though is it actually like that by means that man is of nature the same way as the beast or are men separate by his intelligence.Brutality is incredibly natural. Nature is full of pain and suffering, the process of natural selection thrives on pain, suffering and death.
The same way by nature. The condition of nature is war. If we look at conditions where people are given freedom, there is war. Look at Market Economies, the dating market, capitalism, class rank, the social game, etc.Though is it actually like that by means that man is of nature the same way as the beast or are men separate by his intelligence.
We submit ourselves to truth; when looking at reality we adhere to what is. How do you know that the condition of nature is in a state of war?The same way by nature. The condition of nature is war. It's natural selection, it's built into us. The struggle for existence is war.We submit ourselves to truth; when looking at reality we adhere to what is. How do you know that the condition of nature is in a state of war?
By the way mate, nice signature where did you get those quotes? Also, specific where or how do these things exist? Are they something we can see or something we can logically deduce to, or see within nature? It's natural selection, it's built into us. The struggle for existence is war.
Thanks, from Thomas Hobbes, second one was from a video about Efilism on YouTube. These things exist because they helped the DNA molecule survive and be passed on. We can logically deduce them and see them in nature.By the way mate, nice signature where did you get those quotes? Also, specific where or how do these things exist? For it's own sake as a conclusion? Thanks, from Thomas Hobbes, second one was from a video about Efilism on YouTube. These things exist because they helped the DNA molecule survive and be passed on. We can logically deduce them and see them in nature.
SureFor it's own sake as a conclusion?
Why is it like that exactly?Sure
Natural selection selected for selfishness, this level of selfishness helped others pass on their genes. Why is it like that exactly?
