I don't have huge experience with twitter but from what i have come across i noticed that there are tons of fakers pretending to be gamers.
I would categorize them in three groups.
1) The one that claims to be "anti-woke" and pro-fanservice.
They post random (barely/safe) fanservicy screenshots/clips without ever mentioning anything else. It's easy to tell that they don't know much about the games they post since some of those were made by pro - ESG/DEI companies and were hit by censorship, or contain "woke elements". Stellar Blade is the most obvious.
2) The paid/unpaid shills.
Most of the time if not always it's about promoting new games that were made by pro - ESG/DEI companies. A massive campaign of posts containing sales numbers/scores and the same repeated words. Few examples : Just finished "X game" and it was awesome - "X game" is GOTY - You can do this awesome thing (some retarded QTE/mini game) in this game - Looks so beautiful, amazing graphics.
3) Normie retards & Sheepy casuals.
Their favorite games are often popular and have high metacritic scores. They love bragging about day 1 buy & pre-ordering and they always equate sales numbers and metascore to the quality of the game as it's often seen in their posts. When they post things that they find impressive it's usually one or two generic lines accompanied by either a screenshot of a landscape, a QTE clip, a slow motion sequesnce, or a flashy button mashy combo.
