Bullying =/= misandry. Misandry is defined as prejudice against males on the basis of them being males.
I suppose you could technically argue that misandry from women is almost exclusively directed toward unattractive men, but given that women find 85-95% of the male population unattractive, I'd argue it still fits the dictionary definition of misandry.
