Aside from the basics like exercise/strength-training, basic skin care (or fixing bad acne), oral hygiene and ortho, hair restoration methods if you're young enough and notice thinning. Everything else is beyond that is autistic and honestly, very feminine, try-hard and you may as well be a neurotic teenage girl worrying about how you look 24-7 and how you compare to the "pretty" and popular girls.
As a heterosexual male, it offends and saddens me that so many young guys these days have been pushed into this level of neuroticism that just wasn't anywhere close to what it is today, compared to 30 years ago. Imagine going back to 1990 America, and explaining to average-looking 17-22 year-old Gen X men that their future sons would be obsessing things like jaw surgeries, fillers, cheek and chin implants, gonial angle, clavicle measurements, and something called "social media"- taking carefully curated self-photos, in perfect lighting and angle, all whilst in an exciting or impressive locale, just to increase your chances of getting an average looking plain jane or cute gf that is probably 15+ lbs heavier than the girls back in your time.
Seriously, back in the day the only men that hyper-fixated on this level of vanity were sissy-type faggots, actors/celebrities/male models which their livelyhood depended on it, and maybe high professionals like doctors and such.
