For the most part using drugs or not is a PRIVILEGE you either have, or don't have.
If you have the PRIVILEGE to be offered drugs it doesn't matter if you use them or not. Its like sex, but for women. However, if you never grew up with the privilege of having drugs as a teen, it's a lot like not having teen sex as a teen, though more because you lack the money, badboy status, or connections to obtain them, rather than being genetically good looking enough. Obtaining drugs and having the CHOICE to say no when offered, is a significant social event in life that normal people have all the time.
