I only obtained my driver’s license at age 22.
Having aspergers makes it impossible to learn anything fast.
In my experience, I also have severe emotional dysregulation (inability to relax one’s emotions to the point of crying easily, getting upset or irritated over anything, becoming very over emotional, etc.).Having aspergers makes it impossible to learn anything fast.
How has this affected you in your life?Having aspergers makes it impossible to learn anything fast.
Provisional doesn’t mean anything. The only requirements you need for it is to be 17 years old and have £35I got mine when I was 18, but it's provisional
Quit trying to get my drivers license because my instructor kept yelling at me and I could not learn how to do basic stuff. How has this affected you in your life?
i have autism and i don't think i'd ever be able to obtain a licence
Driving manual is too stressful. Did they put you out on the road in manual?Quit trying to get my drivers license because my instructor kept yelling at me and I could not learn how to do basic stuff.
I was leaning the manual driving due to living in a shithole. There is automatic courses only in the bigger cities.

I was 18 I think now I'm 20.I see. How old were you then?
What do you struggle with in driving? I learned pretty fast, with the only impediments being over emotionalism and my piece of trash father yelling angrily over anything. But not really any problem in my experience
Yes. Autism makes you live in hard mode. It's not only about getting a girlfriend. And the worst part is that thanks to just-world fallacy, unless you are low functioning and retarded, people put the same expectations on you as on others, and you get all the blame and zero support when you fail at life when it was all because of the autism. One of the most brutal pills, the non-NT pill hits again. Autistic/aspergers men are the modern equivalent of slave class and castrated men. Nearly unemployable, unlovable, numerous struggles like sleeping problems, lack of motor skills where the driver's license pill happens and basic tasks are almost impossible like tying shoelaces, riding a bike or diving head first into water. Society tries to "solve" autists problems with toxic meds that are the final nail on the coffin because they cause stunted growth, obesity, impotency and desentiziation of brains.
Autistic people must become protected class; kick the foids out of their easy nepotism jobs they don't need and give them to autistic chronic NEETs.
Getting driver's license was hard for me despite I got it in a relatively low-populated city. I almost gave up. You have to learn it slowly if you're non-NT and if possible, small city or less-strict country. I'm still bad at parallel parking but I got the experience afterwards.
No point in learning to drive when you don’t go outside.
What exactly did you struggle with in driving?Getting driver's license was hard for me despite I got it in a relatively low-populated city. I almost gave up. What’s manual driving like exactly? What’s it for?Manual driving is cancer it requires a lot of things to do at the same time and it was stressing me out. Automatic however is a different story.
