No it fr happened, staging it would've involved hundreds of people who could've gotten paid huge sums of money by the Soviets to leak information or evidence if it meant proving America faked the landing because it would be incredibly humiliating and could've even turned the tide of the Cold War in there favor.
Soviet's could've protected and hugely endowed any whistleblower with credible evidence and it's not like the hundreds of people working on the Apollo program died or anything but yet no such thing happened because there was no way to disprove it.
