How to achieve monkmode as a NEET? I want to cut contact with the entire world even through social media (including .is and other sites), I'm starting to believe that living in extreme social isolation would be less damaging in the long term than having parasocial relationships with people from the internet, the problem is that it's too tempting to browse the internet everyday as a NEET.

Probably, but I still believe that this desire to vent or to socially interact with people has always been the source of my suffering.

Cutting back on the internet to a certain extent can be doable but I would imagine it to be a very hard task to eliminate the internet completely. If I did that(being a neet as well) I wouldn't have much to do and get bored real fast
