I don't say getting rich is easy, it's just much easier than in was in the 50s. Just about anyone with a PC or laptop or even a phone can figure a way to use the internet to make money.
The first thing you need is a skill. If you don't have any skills, start developing one. It must be something you like & it must benefit the society somehow (if you want money you must help the society). If you have a skill, just start growing all your social media accounts around that skill (build a brand). As an example I thought of helping people quit their PMO addiction. You must think of a brand name and just make youtube videos, instagram account, twitter account, facebook account and aggresively post on each of these platforms valuable content with the intention not to make money, but to help people overcome their problems. You must figure out each platforms' algorithm and how to bring your content in front of the people (youtube google SEO, instagram hashtags, twitter hashtags). Then you must be consistent, the more often you post the faster you'll grow your social media exposure.
You will develop a follower base that will eventually start to buy from you. With social media, there is only exponential growth. The opportunity now for making money is greater than ever before thanks to the internet and social media. You can make a subreddit and grow it and eventually cash out on it.
You can also make a blog, flip stuff, there are tons of ways to make money. You must get into the vibe of rich people, I'd suggest watching garyvee videos, valuetainment etc. to get the motivation and the mindset of rich people, in order to become like them.
So, the only thing you really need in order to become financially free or wealthy is the will to do it. If you want it bad enough, you can get it. You'll work your ass towards your goal. But you first need to get your health on point in order to have the mental energy and motivation to get shit done.
