Adobe, Microsoft, MAIN, and Manulife Insurance to name a few. Manulife owns plenty of timberland instead of commercial office real estate like other insurance companies. Manulife also pays quarterly high dividend. Main street capital corp pays monthly. Adobe has big AI plans in the works.

I'm actually invested in real estate exclusively really. Maybe I should branch out in future.

I just figured capital appreciation + rental income made for a good combo.

I did consider shares and loans and would consider them more in future

Basically they want a cut of your income as well as a cut of your savings.
