Monetary bounty for the remainder of this footage

Looking for the remainder of a formally unreleased incel doc from 2009-2013, but had all the footage released as clips on blip.tv. Tried digging through blip.tv archives to no avail.
Bounty currently sits at $30 but hopefully will move up to $1000 over the next few months

If theres anyone that wants to help in finding the rest of the footage for free thatd be cool too. Probably first step would be legally finding contact info for Talmer.

There is at least two hours of footage out there, including much more of Gilmartin, who is dead
