I live in a shithole where drug dealing is rampant, however I don't think I know many people who do drugs, aside from actual thugs and rebellious outcasts/degenerates. Here I have seen many users who are not thugs but normal people, and they do drugs. People talk about doing drugs like it's no biggie, even on TV.
