in my opinion it’s crazy how life is just like life, like being overly nihilistic actually makes more sense than being overly optimistic and showing the glamors and delights of life in all aspects like partying, holidays, family, etc. etc.
like today i saw a one-handed down syndrome man with crooked glasses, maybe 5'3, struggling to hold his Lidl bag on the way home and he walked past a famous social media marketing agent who was with his influencer girlfriend, both looksmaxxed, and they made space for him to walk past so at least they acknowledged his existence.
but that’s so fucking dark to me, his life is only there to serve as a reminder for people to be grateful.
