Whenever I try to attach a file ( JPG Images)

A message pops up that says ' A server error occurred. Please try later.'

Fix this NOW.

I'm getting impatient.

This sites programming sucks ass. Servers down often, cant attach certain formats, opening a thread leads me to the main page etc.
