Discussion Minimum LDAR hours (a week) to not be a fakecel

There are 168 hours in a week. Sleeping does not count as LDARing. Working and school do not count as LDARing.

If you arent spending many hours LDARing, what are you doing? Only people who spend hours LDARing every day should be able to post here.

Hmm. 168 hours in a week. Let’s say someone gets a good night’s sleep regularly, that’s roughly 56 hours a week. Now let’s say you work full time, 8 hours a day 5 days a week, another 56 hours a week. So 112 hours a week working/sleeping, that leaves another 56 hours a week for LDARing which includes video games, internet and other useless activities. Let’s say as well you’re a gymcel and spend a few hours a week working out, which doesn’t count as LDAR. If you’re an incel though you wouldn’t be spending more than a couple hours socialising if any all. So, IMO the minimum is 50 hours.

Gigantic IQ. I LDAR a lot but there is no such thing as a minimum LDAR hrs/week to be incel. LDAR does not define inceldom. Rather, it's a byproduct of it for those who get depressed and lose the will to do anything after they swallow the blackpill. Incels can still be busy though, some are coping and some are bluepilled. I sleep for 12-18hrs a day and LDAR for 16-26hrs after waking up. I have some very bad physical issues that cause me to sleep for that long constantly but I dont give a fuck
