While looks mmatter, another brutal reality is how your brain works. There is no plastic surgery or "mewing" (as much as it is cope) for your brain. Autism for instance, wires your brain a certain way; much more neurons in some areas but less in others, making us more "specialized" which sometimes isn't a good thing and disasterous for social situations.
