I'm much skinner than them and also 5'4", I never work out and regret that I never did. I have zero muscles. My mom even bought me some nice equipment years ago but I never felt motivated or had the energy to use it. On the other hand, I'd never have gotten a gf anyway even if I had worked out. Or if someone attacked me, I'm too small to defend myself. Nevertheless, I'm 29 and it's too late.

I have also seen this more and more. Girls are bigger than boys. Females are bigger than men. Females have more mass than men. Females have bigger wrists than men. Just looking at this video. Their wrists are small. I seriously ask myself what happened to men?

My theory is that men's testosterone is being diminished on purpose, while women's testosterone is artificially being enhanced. There is no other explanation to it as far as I can reason. I also think that since women are always brought up with the importance of looks in mind, that they go more often to the gym actually than men, or as much. I have no clear proven explanation for this though. i am noticing the same thing. I will dig deeper into this perhaps.

Well elaborated. This is something that @wereq also have brought up.
I have also come to this conclusion, this has to be on purpose. I have no other explanation for this. Also according to official data, they even admit that testosterone in men have become much lower. Nobody is doing anything. Nobody is helping men. It is by design. It has to be.
If I look around, females are more developed than men. We even see this when they are young. Whenever I would go to do get some groceries I would walk past by a school. I would see boys and girls standing outside. I would say the girls were more developed than the boys. Even at a young age they had breasts and I would say also bigger wrists and in general more body mass than the boys. They were also tall and sometimes even taller. There is something deeply wrong in this existence. And almost nobody speaks up about it. Almost everybody is silent about it.
This is why I also say it is by design. This is on purpose. This is the destruction of men, at least most men. This is what I also see. Most men are just rotting away.
It's all meant for population control in the following two main ways:
1. Control population growth and decrease populations around the world
2. Control testosterone levels to make sure men don't revolt
This is in short why it is being done. There is no other possible reasoning to why we are becoming and getting weaker by each passing generation. Despite lowering testosterone levels, our dicks keep getting bigger though on average, This means that testosterone being the main determinant of penis size is also totally false. There are so many things that don't make sense at first, so many variables at play. Uncovering the truth is really hard in this day and age.
Yeah, there was a study that found that men now have as much testosterone as 70-year olds had in the 1970s if I remember correctly. It is very noticeable in people's faces, especially when younger men try to sport a traditionally masculine look:
The comparison here is just brutal. The younger generations of males have far too androgynous faces to sport mustaches and mullets. It is actually surprising that these styles came back as a trend considering how terrible they look on most younger men.
It is indeed also puzzling how women on the other hand are becoming more masculine, I have also noticed that. I am a Nordiccel and it is very prevalent in my country, particularly in big cities. It is as if in every new generation the men get two times less masculine and the women get two times more masculine. Getting mogged by other men was brutal enough, but getting mogged by women is even worse. Maybe it is the food scientists of the world who engineered these results. If not that, perhaps the water supply was tampered with or something. The changes in looks between the younger and older generations does not make sense, it has happened too quickly. It is probably by design like you say, to destroy men and prop up women.
Despite being 100% Nordic genetically I come from a Dalit-tier lineage, but maybe these odd developments made me more of a non-masculine truecel than even I had to be. Besides penis size and height I particularly mourn being a voicecel. I wish I would have had a baritone or lower range voice like normal adult men do instead of a tenor range voice. I always wanted to be masculine but there is no way for a man to be masculine as a voicecel. That is because as soon as I open my mouth people assume that I'm jestermaxxing by default. The voicepill is also a dickpill, as women on places like r/femaledatingstrategy know that men with higher voices tend to have smaller penises and vice versa.
