While drugs lower inhibition we cant just take 24/7, so heres a natural method that might work permanently

As we all know most of us are turbo sperg high inhib pussies, which is why the incel community has gone from something violent and dangerous to a literal meme in recent years

However, I saw @Chang Longwang 's post on mountain biking which reminded me of something

There have been many accounts of people who has been through a near-death experience and changed their whole pERsonality

For example, MMA fighter Sean Strickland used to be high inhib and reserved, even awkward in interviews (if you look at old interviews when he was younger).
He was abused by his father which was probably the main reason for this

However, he was in a bad motorcycle accident a few years ago

And every interview after that, he was extremely low inhib, you see him in public, he woild be talking shit and always try to one-up people,

he started hanging around nigger fighters like chris curtis

and gained traction in 2023 by beating the brakes off israel adesanya and having good trash talk going on podcasts

How do we replicate this, well we can take up extreme sports such as mountain biking, race cars, that put us in dangerous predicaments

Also, rope attempts dont count, because it needs to be something thats out of your control, so that the body can communicate to the brain not the other way around.

Rather in extreme sports you are fighting to survive and constantly on edge to try and not get into an accident, while still having exhiliration

i became low inhib simply by going out of my comfort zone and interacting with people. Also i have a mindset of not caring about other people’s opinions and a realisation that other people don’t care about me so there’s no point of me being scared since they aren’t even paying attention to me

yeah. My social anxiety was so bad in the past that i almost passed out just being near people. The more you socialise the more low inhib you will become. I notice that if i stay inside for a long period of time without interacting i get a spike of anxiety when i go outside.

the first time was years ago some mf came speeding and hit me from the back, i remember i was bleeding from nose when i got up and kept passing out, i suspect that's probably what made me a mentalcel or worsen it atleast. the second one was more recently, i lost control and nearly fucked my leg :forcedsmile: i suppose your theory might work if you lose a limb or something in the accident

i personally didn’t have a full on conversations, just a minute of small talk will help. I also have a irl friend that i regularly talk to that has helped a lot, if you have no irl friends then you will struggle a lot more

I cant just be drunk 24/7, its not practical maybe only for a few social events

Almost got killed by a fallen tree once during a storm while clearing another fallen tree off the road. I was a couple seconds away from getting crushed. I don’t feel like tying the whole story now on the phone, but I’ll copy and paste it in from when I texted it to someone else on here.

I also have adrenaline pumping hobbies like driving a side by side atv on dirt roads fast. I often floor the gas and enjoy the power.

Plus, I have radio control cars that go 50+ miles an hour. Some have screamingly loud nitro engines and others are electric. Some of them do 45 foot high jumps off my ramp I made.

I can send you videos of these things in DMs. I just don’t wanna post publicly here.

I’m sure it does a bit. I’m not scared to go outside like I was 4 years ago now. Definitely beats rot maxxing all day. Nothing gets me low inhib enough to ask out foids, because my brain knows that’s a bad idea

I’m not afraid of talking to strangers as in store clerks, random people you meet, and things of that nature. As far as standing up to mistreatment, I normally have a somewhat deep voice and I’m tall, so that usually prevents actual bullying before it starts. There was one time that not acting afraid helped me though. I was running one of those rc cars I talked about which are worth $600, and a group of 12 blacks , 6 of which were black teen guys and 6 of which were black teen girls walked by. They decided to walk right up to me, and one black guy the same height as me stared me right in the eyes, trying to intimidate me. I didn’t act intimidated and just calmly said, “Hey, how’s it going” to break up the silence. He then nodded and walked off. The entire group followed him.

By not showing fear here, it totally saved my ass because they thought I was too much trouble. I never was in an actual physical fight though, so not sure how well I’d do.
 
I became low inhib and nothing really changed. I can just to talk to people who don't care about me instead of not talking to them.
 
I think exposure thERapy is the best way to lower your high inhibition. I used to be high inhib until I noticed normshits still look weirdly at me because of my subhuman face, that's when it hit me: If people still stare at me while being high inhib and minding my own business then I might as well defend my self and look weird doing what I like and not give a fuck about what normie zogbots think of me.

Same, it's a snow-ball. You slowly gain low-inhib points little by little when starting out. And the "there's only 1 life, use it" helped me be more low-inhib, and as we are incels there's not much to lose anyways

Im already somewhat on track with this, im aspiring carcel, current plan is to start with 8th gen or 9th gen si, eventually start to put serious mods.
