Yes, everything is in that interview. Some people say that it is messi creating problems, and that he is just trying to get a better contract. He wouldn't give such interview if that was the reason imo + he didn't sign the contract, so he most definetely leaving after the next season. Imo if Bartomeu leaves for good and the next president manages to fix the problems and gathers a strong squad, Messi might be interested in staying longer than 2021.
Whoever comes next, all of them have different plans and promise different things. I want to believe, but i don't think koeman will succeed with that team. Any other president who will come want to bring another manager. Some want to bring back guardiola, other wanna give xavi a chance etc. If koeman won't create a killer squad until winter, he will mostly get sacked in march after the elections. With yet again a new manager it will again take time to improve. And time is the most precious thing messi can't waste now.
