I can only crank arm 12.5 pounds on arm a total of 15 times before taking a break. No matter how hard I try, I can never gain much muscle. It sucks.

I agree with everything here. I have bad muscle genetics and narrow clavicles, I'm the typical ectomorph. Reason I gymmax though is because I'd like to stay fit and agile

nah I just got out of bed and took it in the mirror, idk how to fraud. This was back in February 2024 but I fell off and made almost 0 progress since. Getting back into it now though, i'm 78.5kg and almost as strong as I was then though so i'm happy. Will bulk to 90kg and then hopefully I won't have to go below 80 ever again.

who told you to do 15 reps? do 5 sets of 5 reps, if you can do 5 then go up in weight. it's biologically impossible not to build muscle this way or else you would've died long ago

That’s you in the avi right, if so nice lean physique. But you are an ectomorph like me. You will never be on par with the strength or size of Eddie hall no matter how hard you try or how much muscle you gain with steroids.

Genetics have a limit. You can take a car like a Ford escape and modify it all you want with things to boost performance, but it’s never gonna be as powerful as a v8 Camaro. The most modded ford escape that still utilizes a stock engine will never perform like a bone stock v8 Camaro man. Ever.

Training in the gym is like adding more turbo boost to the escape engine and running some nitrous through it for more power. But it’s gonna wear out faster and still never compete with the stock 6.2 v8 in the Camaro.

And then obviously the bigger one can be modified with boost too (steroids), and be even more powerful.

exercise does not make you wear out faster, this is HAES fatty cope. people who exercise regularly stay independent throughout most of old age and live longer. this is a proven fact.
