I want to do nofap until I can get erections just by looking at random ugly girls. I have never been able to do this, not even in my teens, but then again, I started fapping at 13. Once, I managed to get to 75 days, but the most I was able to do was pop a half-boner to some Asian girl who was swaying her hips right next to me. The benefits that I get on a nofap streak is having more energy. Music sounds really good as well. I don't know if you know, but I am really into music. I listen to it everyday for hours on end.
I went for 25 days one time, but I think I can get around the same effects from only going 7-10 days. It seems like too much torture to put myself through to get a small payoff. I know what you mean by music sounding better, after I fap I lose all my motivation to listen to music, but after a day or two of nofap I can start enjoying music again.
