1. my friend is an ex-male model (only stopped cos he’s making $100k a year at the age of 28 in business).
2. He’s a blonde, white guy whose 6’2 and looks like the aryan superman brought to life.
3. He’s in sick condition - six-pack, lean, strong and not roided up. Similar in some senses to how I was.
4. He constantly gets attention from older women, stewardesses etc when I’ve had business meetings/travel with him. Lol, unreal.

So, he’s got it made I thought - An easy 9/10 if not 10/10. However, this guy is more paralysed by doubt and anxiety than anyone and never mind a girlfriend he won’t even actually meet someone, scared in clubs, bars etc. Professes high standards but yeah right, talk about an excuse.

It’s not that he’s never had a girlfriend. He has but he’s for 3-4 years now been like this. Wants a GF but uses work, the gym, “standards” etc as an excuse.

I think he expects girls to just come to him cos he looks good, dresses well (too well IMO). That happens rarely in life. It’s men who will have to approach and that’s where he suffers.

Case in point. It was his birthday and we took him out to a bar and a Hen party comes in. He said words to the effect of “watch me fail to speak to any of these girls”. Funny thing is, someone else in our group jumped on it as the exact kind of thing that somebody they know would say who is what you’d consider a proper incel.

For those who don’t believe this can happen cos you think it’s all down to looks, his case would argue otherwise.
