Mens motivation to work and earn is to not become fucking homeless.
Foids' motivations --- in short, to not depend on men they're repulsed by. Foids that work in the sex industry "turn off" their disgust, but from the comments of various ex whores (prostitutes, escorts, and strippers), they'll say something along the lines of disassociating and 'it wasn't me', and were often disgusted by their clients, but did it "out of need", they say. For foids in college/university, the motivation is to not become a housewife towards men with average or below looks. I'd wager that was a big factor when they started entering the workforce in large numbers - their disgust towards their mid 6, 5'8" boring accountant husband who could afford and was willing to support her.
When a foid flunks out of college, she cries not because she "loved her major" and "lost a chance at a career", no, its because her options are now whoring/spreading her legs to "gross" men or depending on a boring beta.
