Especially if guy is physically weak and low t.

Took some terrible career Advice from mom and dad I see. That's one of the reasons why I got out of construction. I didn't fit the toxic masculinity. But I'm sure nursing is filled with toxic feminiy. So it goes both ways

Did your parents pushed you to work in construction?
My first temporary job was at sewing fabric where my relative worked.
When second was at candy fabric suggested by mother's friend as far as I remember.
Those were unmasculine jobs.
When I started to look for jobs on my own because I needed to pay for studies.
I always choose unqualified physical jobs as a heaver or digger because they were more 'manly' but still my character didn't changed that much.
How masculine you are depends mostly on genetics and upbringing and experiences during formative years.
