Even then, I would argue they were placed in a bad circumstance: If they were placed in a school where they're expected to be quiet at assemblies, I would expect them to not like it. Similarly, if they were placed somewhere quiet where people would pay attention only if necessary and people would let him try to control stuff; yeah, I don't think he would prefer being quiet, he would talk to himself loudly all he wants while granted access to all forms of entertainment and no one to control his life.

He would also get rid of Tourette's if he was allowed to; and if you gave him discord with a bunch of good friends and a bit of privacy, you bet he'll be begging for a chance to speak.
