It’s easy to scream that looks don’t matter when you’ve never been overlooked, ignored, or ridiculed because of them. The “what is beautiful is good effect” (also known as pretty privilege, lookism, the halo effect) is real, and young men are acknowledging it. That’s not whining, that’s reality.
