Women can act like terrorists ( by using psychological terror and by creating situations where man is being trapped ), serial killers ( killing someone with neglect, abuse, psychological torture etc ) but these acts of female cruelty aren't as obvious as male aggression and are often ignored or not punished or are seen as something not very serious.
