There isn't anywhere boys can go to just be boys. Not even fucking boy scouts, since they now admit girls. Likewise men can't go anywhere to be around other men and bask in masculinity. While it would be in all men's mutual interest to disregard foid's to keep them in check, as soon as one guy disregards them, another has the opportunity to be the only one giving them attention.
