Given freedom, women still don't make as much progress as men, because they don't want to. Even with many STEM companies trying to encourage women to work in STEM fields, the numbers of women against men joining are still low. It's in women's nature to look for a way to be served, which is why they're inclined to choose men that give them more in relationships.
