Q) WTF is megafap?
A) it's the opposite of nofap, you basically fap everyday, or every other day.
Q) What benefits does it have?
A) It cured my sexual frustration so I can focus on more productive things while giving me a healthy rush of dopamine with no comedown.
Q) Aren't you abusing your dopamine system?
A) No, it fact, after a while, you master it and can put it to productive use! This takes practise though. A) Choose carefully a specific time and place once a day. I recommend doing megafap as part of an organised daily routine along with work, exercise, chores, a healthy diet, ect. Pre-plan exactly what you want to fap to and stick to it, avoid things that make you feel ashamed or depressed, you'll have to figure out what that is yourself.
