Mediapill: You can tell a lot about races and civilizations by the fiction they produce

I’m talking about literature and commercial works btw, not mythology or folklore.

One of the reasons I hated being curry since elementary school age was because of the awful Bollywood and Tollywood jeetslop my dad would play on the TV. It’s some of the worst “entertainment” you’ll ever see, to the point that it can’t even be hate-watched due to its sheer obnoxiousness.

The acting is whiny, screech-y, and over the top, there’s constant irritating dance numbers with cacophonous “music” and choreography that looks like it was done by an ape with Down syndrome, and just about everything in these movies is overdramatic to the point of self-parody. On top of that there’s also frequent poo/piss and gross-out “humor” (which likely reflects the fetishes of the jeet screenwriters) that you wouldn’t expect in media directed at anyone over the age of 6 or 7. Any honest man who’s seen one of these ratshit films can confirm everything I’ve just said.

It’s no coincidence that the two highest IQ races, whites and East Asians, have also far and away produced the greatest works of fiction. Pretty much all the rest of us are far behind, and honestly I doubt the picture will improve. The fiction created and enjoyed by a group of people ultimately reflects the internal landscape of said people, and if said landscape is utterly barren then there’s no hope

A large emphasis on terribly written romance with annoying troupes and surface level characters. Whenever they try to do anything more complex, the plot becomes discombobulated.

1 - IQ is an terrible metric to measure superiority, for IQ tests are biased by a multitude of factors, and you can't measure something as abstract as inteligence, really well anyways.
2 - Asians have not produced a lot of great fictional works, or great fiction in general.
3 - Europeans and MENAs have produced incredible works of literature, particularly, MENA poetry, their entire language was bulit for self-expression and it is incredibly depthful, but it isn't accurate to say that this is because their race is superior or better, and I don't know how you come up with this conclusion in general. It also be foolish to haphazardly lump every single European in the category of white, because most of them hate each other, and would not like to be defined by each other. Same goes for MENA.

Too fucking real, mate. I always take the piss out of my mum for enjoying that shit, I used to poke my head in when she'd be watching it just to laugh at those absurd dance scenes. She herself agrees that it's godawful slop with terrible writing but she grew up with it so I suppose it'll always have a special place in her heart.

Exactly. Artwork and fiction shows the reflection how the races are. Pajeet media and art is one of the filthiest and cringiest, even Sub Saharan African media are better than pajeet shit

I'd probably seperate Americans from other whites when it comes to quality media. Europe's really just kind of fizzled out from the global media landscape, at least as far as visual media go. Our movies can, somewhat, compete with American blockbusters and other imports (with emphasis on the "somewhat", only a few European countries manage to reach 40% domestic box office share and others are below that), but that's about it. I don't think any European movie or TV series has reached global success for a good while, while Americans and East Asians just keep on producing bangers that get devoured and are culturally relevant globally.

Americans and East Asians are the only ones creating global pop culture right now. Both have one category where they are absolutely dominant (live-action blockbusters for the US and animation for East Asia), along with them being strong in all other categories (plus, notably, them basically having a duopoly on gaming.) After that, the rest of the world is lucky if they have one medium where they are notable, such as Latin Americans in music or Europeans, I believe, in literature, and can only hope to be competitive on their own territory.

No singing or dancing here thankfully, and I'm pretty sure the acting is much more subdued as well, but if anything, that just shines the light on other problems of our media. The acting's generally OK-ish, but the storylines are extremely bland, with scenarios and scenes that are just under-budgeted slop, but at the same time, you do often get a feeling that the people behind it tried for their creations to be something more, but they inevitably just categorically fail at every part of it and can never step out of just producing milquetoast slop that never does anything interesting.

In general, I really hate what the fact of being a small contry does to its media. People get used to people like them never doing anything unique or having a wide impact on the world, and so they subconsciously start replicating it in their fiction. While Americans and East Asians churn out wish-fulfillment power fantasies and genre fiction franchises about every other day, the entire CEE region has never produced any notable Sci-Fi or Horror franchise, and like one good Fantasy one (The Witcher). The fiction here very rarely breaks any boundaries or dares to be imaginative and wide in scope, which is a shame.
