"Chronicle" (movie)

The World God only Knows (romantic comedy manga, probably don't try if that is not already your thing)

Koe no Katachi (if you read the manga instead of watching the anime the first half is pretty close to an incel story, though that changes after the time skip)

Onani Master Kurosawa (manga which actually kind of delivers what you ask for, except it gets painfully bluepilled later on)

He was not strictly incel, but he, when forced into a high pressure environment (the military) simply can't cope and because he constantly failed his teammates, he was beaten for it. Finally, he snapped and shot the drill sergeant with a M14 then suicided.
