Same here I am 1/4 or maybe even 1/2 Irish. But somehow I look closer to that guy anyway.
Funny thing to is we are more sad when our ancestral homeland is having mass immigration than here, where we don't mind it.

It's good if you win the genetic lottery thanks to the higher amount of genetic diversity. But the flipside is that you can also lose the genetic lottery if only the worst genes get passed on.
In terms of eugenics, it's good, though, because the best resulting genes are more likely to survive than the "failed experiments". Of course, that is under the assumption that both gene pools are roughly equally attractive. For example, ER's dad JBWing his way into having a kid had dire consequences because Asian men are far less attractive on average.
