Prosecuted or persecuted? Just some weed thoughts and it irks me, but considering the mods have no legal authority, I think persecuted may be the more concise word you're looking for 
Prosecution makes it sound like you're getting sued or put on trial in court by it's definition. Unless, it was a metaphor and that was your intent because you're being put on trial in incel "court", in which case, that's pretty accurate. My condolences OP
