This is the problem with being a slave. If he had a stake in the company he'd be incentivised to make these 100 burgers. As it is, he's practically disincentivised from making them as it doesn't benefit him in any way, he makes the same amount of money if he makes 1 burger as 100.

But free market capitalists will still claim it's the most productive system.
