Hockey puck with stale bread, make your own 2x cheaper and more filling:
Buy a fresh loaf of bread, hollow it out top and bottom , fry up hamburgers and bacon, mix Worcestershire sauce, ketchup, american yellow mustard and if you have it a dash of mushroom soy, caramelize some onion, put all the shit in the hollowed out bread and top with camembert cheese and some slices of smoked gouda. That's a propa burga and it fills me up to the point I feel like puking and lasts 2 days, maybe 3 if you have normal portion control.

Depends which McDonald's you go to, the food is good for the price. I had a Big Mac Combo last week and I had a messy good time eating that slop.
The double quarter is good too although I'd ask for some lettuce.
