All great apes (humans are included in that) are known to masturbate. Its natural to masturbate but that doesn't mean its good or bad, just that its natural. People would masturbate if they lived in a stone age hut or if they lived in the year 3000 with all kinds of technology at their fingertips.

I kind of agree with this now. In 2020 nofap will not make you some confident guy who will then get normal women as a result of it. It will just make you desperate and you will consider dumpster diving for relationships.
