We experienced similar shit over the last hurricane, lost power for a good few days in the middle of fucking summer
This place feels like a borderline second world country at times
Multi-lane freeways make me nervous when they have heavy commuter traffic at rush hour.
Im sure the original Avus autobahn was great the way Hitler had it built in the 30s, when it was fairly empty and cars could easily and safely pass each other at whatever speed.
But when you fill it completely full of sleep deprived, distracted groids on their way to their shit jobs that they hate, driving bumper to bumper and listening to some moron on WGOY drive time FM talking about garbage, this type of crash is inevitable.
