For me
1. BJJ, wrestling and muay thai
2. Yes I compete
3. 2 stripe white belt in BJJ but I should get my blue belt this year
4. About to fight at 168 gi and 162 nogi for BJJ tour
5. Heel hook, spinning back kick and double leg takedown
