Table 5 in that document (p 16) has the probability of a first marriage still being intact after 20 years (for women aged 15-44) as 0.50 in 1995 and 0.52 in 2010.
So again, roughly 50% fail (eventually).
Interestingly (from the same table) if you have a bachelor's degree than the chances rise to 0.78 (now that is ironic) and drops to 0.39 if you have no high-school diploma.
