1. Many Polish people consume a diet heavily based on potatoes. Since this lacks sufficient fiber and protein, they often feel hungry again shortly after eating. As a result, they consume more food, increasing their daily calorie intake and contributing to weight gain.
2. Many Polish people dislike video games and anime. Instead, they prefer watching sports or pseudo-documentaries.
3. A significant number of Polish people are in debt. When they receive letters notifying them about their financial obligations, they tend to ignore them. Eventually, they receive notices from a bailiff.
4. When Polish parents have a child with a mental disability, such as autism, many refuse to seek therapy or proper medical treatment. They fear that admitting their child’s condition will cause family or neighbors to view them as "insane." Instead of addressing the issue properly, they convince themselves that the child will "grow out of it" or attempt to "fix" them through physical or psychological abuse.
5. Many Polish people believe during communism was better...despite the food shortages, government surveillance, police brutality, widespread poverty, censorship, and co
rruption.
