I started using Tinder about two months ago and after furiously swiping right and trying to talk with anyone who would match me, I scored a date.
I arrived at the meetup point and when she saw me she had this weird look of confusion on her face. So I waved at her and she suddenly broke out laughing. I could tell it wasn't like a genuine laugh though, it was like she was forcing it out as if to say, "YES I am in fact laughing AT you!"
So she got the attention of everyone at the bar with her laugh, I'm just kind of standing there confused, and then she stops her fake laugh and tells me in a mean voice, definitely loud enough for everyone at the bar to hear, "You really shouldn't lie about your height on tinder. It's not a good look sweetie. Bye." She waved me away and turned her back on me. I had no idea what to say and I was ridiculously embarrassed because everyone else started laughing, so I just walked away.
