I think 5 years no parole jail time is very absurd, I view AI pornography as akin to fapping using my imagination, I've imagined women naked and in very degrading sexual scenarios

I think making fake porn, and then posting it online with identifying information is juvenile and goes beyond just busting a nut, perhaps in extremely unfortunate scenarios it could motivate certain dangerous individuals to seek out these women in real life and cause them harm which is a real issue.

However I think the justice system is seriously mistackling this new frontier of AI technology, and have simply gone overboard in good old fashioned gynocentricism, opting for extremely harsh punishments as a deterrent and to comfort women

I dont think jail is necessary at all for this issue despite it's legitimate concerns, which I think are mostly trivial
